Its ok.
I think you really need to work on adding more into it to make it funny.. I mean you had potiental to make the Joke funny, it was just a matter of comedic timing. Also you might want to consider using more sound effects, or even make the guy do more to hurt the other dude.. After looking at your credits, if u ever need a voice actor, just ask me, that should help with the stress?

Looks rushed, and not very original using someone elses material.. I believe you can do alot better then that, so push your self a bit more on ur next project.
